basic feed-in tariff rate "basic feed-in tariff rate" means- (a) in relation to a renewable energy installation utilizing biogas, biomass or solar photovoltaic as its renewable resource, the basic feed-in tariff rate as set out in row (a) of the third column of the Schedule to the Act; and (b) in relation to a renewable energy installation utilizing small hydropower as its renewable resource, the basic feed-in tariff rate as set out in the third column of the Schedule to the Act,
